On behalf of the Annual ISPN Meeting Organizing Committee, it is a great pleasure to invite you to the 49th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery taking place in Viña del Mar – Chile, between October 15-19, 2023.
ISPN is proud to promote the health in our younger patients since 1972 when founded in Chicago by eleven visionary neurosurgeons and hosts this annual meeting in different countries to share with each other the recent advances in the care of children and to plan ISPN sponsored activities that will further the education of care givers for children with neurosurgical illness. Other objective and function of this meeting is to offer the opportunity to share with the pediatric neurosurgical worldwide community and to enhance friendship and brotherhood specially in this occasion after the pandemic period of isolation and grief we all had to face during 2020-2021.
We have chosen the city of Viña del Mar as the host place and Sheraton Hotel as the venue located by the sea border surrounded by beautiful beaches, wine yards, historic places, and neighbor to Valparaiso; the first commercial port in Chile where the Senate and House of Deputies are located.
October is the second month of springtime and by the sea you will enjoy a very nice and sunny weather. Viña as it is called shortly will offer you an amazing number of places to taste our sea food cuisine marinated with the finest wines from the closest wine yards.
